David Marsh A.K.A. Mesh 137

David Marsh, aka artist and illustrator 'Mesh137' was born in London, England in 1984. After failing to fulfill early ambitions of becoming a pirate or zombie, Mesh began concentrating on a career in art, graduating with a degree in illustration from the University of westminster in 2009.

Patterns, characters, obscure cultural references from both the past and present and a sly sense of humour all regularly feature in Mesh's bright, bold and eye-catching artwork. And with a list of diverse influences that include old records, the life and work of author Hunster S. Thompson, macaroni and cheese, south Yorkshire, dark rum, Richard Pryor and being an insomniac, you can guarantee Mesh's creations will always offer a fun, original perspective on the world, mixed with a healthy dose of 'wow factor'.
