Scott C. will host his first Comic Art and Illustration workshop on Saturday 6th March 2010, at 12:30pm and 4:00pm.
The hour and a half workshops will be located at 47 Mowlem Street in east London on the Saturday following the show’s opening. Learn from an accomplished comic book artist the basics of character development, techniques of drawing, and the progression of individual style, in this practical and close-up workshop environment. Tickets are £15 or £12 for students/concessions.

About the Artist:
Scott Campbell (also known as Scott C.) is a painter, illustrator, computer game designer, and creator of comics. His playful watercolour paintings are that of mischievous and fantastical creatures depicted in light-hearted scenarios.
Campbell’s daily web comic, Double Fine Action
Comics, can be found at doublefine.com, home of Double Fine Productions, where
he has also worked as Art Director on computer games such as Psychonauts and
Brutal Legend. Campbell is also a regular contributor to Comic Book anthologies
such as Hickee, Project Superior, and Flight, whilst his paintings and stories
have shown in galleries internationally, as well as appeared on the sleeves of
numerous CD’s and DVD film releases. His story, ‘Igloo Head and Tree Head’, was
awarded the silver medal from the Society of Illustrators in 2007.
